RCP needs your help! We'd appreciate expertise and energy in the areas of:

  • Facilities and Grounds

  • Communications and Storytelling

  • Fundraising and Development

  • New Camper Recruitment and Welcoming

Scroll down to learn more about specific projects and areas of need, and join our amazing volunteers on the "I Love Camp" Crew! We target a volunteer work week the second full week of every third month (Feb, May, Aug, Nov) from Wednesday afternoon through Sunday noon.

Make family camp happen

Do you have a gift for ministry with children, youth, or adults? Are super-fun games your thing, or contemplative devotional practices? Have you ever seen a job at camp and thought, "I would LOVE to do that!"? Let us know by helping with programming!

Freshen up our facilities

With time and joyful use comes expected wear and tear. Several of our facilities could use some freshening up. We have volunteer opportunities for painting, carpentry repairs, clearing hiking trails, and landscaping, among others.

Raise funds and
recognize givers

RCP has a legacy of strong donor support, and we're always looking for ways to better partner with and recognize our many generous givers. We're especially looking for ideas on fundraising for specific projects and building a monthly donor recognition program.

Recruit and welcome
new campers

We are passionate about welcoming new campers into the RCP family! We welcome your ideas on getting folks to RCP for the first time and help ensure they have an AMAZING time.
