Todd Keough

Associate Pastor, Yuba City Church of the Nazarene

Todd Keough has served for six years as Associate Pastor in Student Ministries at Yuba City Church of the Nazarene.

A dynamic presenter, with a heart to reach out to the lost and those in trouble, Todd is perhaps best known to RCP as Youth Director/Speaker at July Family Camp, a leadership role which he has enjoyed over the past 11+ years. Todd models what he teaches: discipleship, mentoring and bringing others up in the faith. He and his wife JoLynn reside in Yuba City with their two children, Nick and Grace.

Dr. Bruce Baloian

Azusa Pacific University

Bruce Baloian, Ph.D., is professor of biblical studies in the Division of Religion and Philosophy of the School of Theology at Azusa Pacific University. Baloian wrote "Anger in the Old Testament" and has authored several articles for the New International Dictionary of Old Testament Theology among other writings that focus on the Old Testament. He has guest lectured for many organizations in his area of expertise on the Old Testament.

Bruce and his wife Karin have four adult children.
