Guest Service Team Member
Our Guest Service Team needs energetic, friendly members who are available to serve our guests during our weekend retreats. Applicants must be 18 or older, with great customer service skills, able to muli-task and lift and carry 50 lbs. Candiates should be self-starters with lots of common sense and critical thinking skills. Can also be combined with hours in housekeeping during the week if you are looking for more hours. Previous experience is helpful, but training is available for the right candidates.
Housekeeping Team Member
Our Housekeeping Team needs new members! Perfect for those needing a flexible schedule, shifts are on Sunday afternoons and during the day Monday through Wednesday. If you like to work as part of a fast-moving team for up to 20 hours a week (or less, if you’d like) this may be perfect for you!
Applicants must be over age 18, physically strong and able to do active work including vacuuming, making beds, cleaning bathrooms and lifting reasonable amounts of supplies. Previous experience is helpful, but training is available for the right candidates.
Food Service Team Member
Our Food Service Department is always looking for friendly, hardworking new staff members. Applicants must be above age 17, hospitable and oriented to customer service, while willing to prep meals, set tables and prepare a great environment for our diners.
Employment with Redwood Christian Park is not for a specified period of time and can be terminated at any time for any reason, with or without cause or notice, by the employee or by the organization. The at-will employment status and the organization’s right to determine and modify the terms and conditions of employment is the sole and entire agreement between a Redwood Christian Park employee and Redwood Christian Park concerning the duration of employment, the circumstances under which employment may be terminated and the circumstances under which the terms and conditions of employment may change.
